Chaayos is a tea cafe that uses technology to provide a personalized cup of chai to customers.

Their USP has always been serving their customers their “meri wali chai” (my own tea)—they customize every cup as per our customer’s liking—be it the tea leaves, no sugar or less sugar, or the flavours that go in the chai like ginger, holy basil, cinnamon, mint etc.

problem

The problem that I observed in the advertising of the brand was that they have almost entirely left out their U.S.P. from all their advertisements.

solution

To create an advertising campaign that will showcase its U.S.P..
The approach that I chose for doing the same was to use emotional appeal such as using popular state-wise nicknames to remind people of home or to show variety through colour and visuals of different ingredients.
